How quickly will you respond?

We aim to reply to all WhatsApp messages within one working day, Monday to Friday. Messages received over the weekend will be answered on Monday morning.

What can I message you about?

Product questions, skincare advice, order queries, or to book a clinic consultation. Please note we’re unable to provide clinical diagnoses or prescription recommendations over WhatsApp.

Do you offer in-person consultations?

Yes. Dr Jarvie-Thomas consults from our Harley Street and Buckinghamshire clinics. Message us via WhatsApp to enquire about availability and pricing.

Where do orders ship from?

Dr Jarvis products are shipped directly by us. Obagi products are dispatched directly from our pharmacy partner and may arrive in standard pharmacy packaging. Please allow 3–5 working days.

Absolutely. Send us a message describing your skin concerns and we’ll point you in the right direction. For a full personalised regime, a clinic consultation with Dr Jarvie-Thomas is recommended.
